About Us

How did Translation Texts begin...? Well, I realized a lot of people wanted to read translations for manga which had not yet been released in scanlation form, so I began translating. Eventually, I decided to edit as well, so Translation Texts became a scanlation "team." Translation Texts uses Chinese raw scans obtained from Chinese online reading websites. Translations and editing are done by one person; it's simpler that way.

Translation Texts releases about once a month; this is not fast, but I do work alone. I welcome suggestions on how to improve anytime.

Help?

I'm not looking for the usual translators and editors since it's simpler to keep operations down to one person, but I'm always willing to work on joint projects. =)

It would be helpful if someone familiar with Japanese kanji could help me with translations of character names. As I translate from Chinese, there is no furigana for names, so I use an online dictionary for name translations, which can be inaccurate. It would be great if someone could help with the correct romanization for kanji names and terminology.

Simple suggestions on how to improve anything are always welcome: the website, translations, editing, packaging, etc. Any feedback is very helpful for me.
